Is an inspection done for insurance companies to get a snapshot view of the major components of a building. It includes the roof, electrical system, plumbing system, and heating and air conditioning. The inspection is designed to give the insurance company an idea of future possible claims. This is typically done on buildings that are over 25 years old, but some insurance companies are now requiring them on buildings that are new. Call your insurance company to determine if this will be required on your property.
Is the inspection of the structural components of a building and how it relates to the stresses associated with high wind situations. This is done for insurance purposes to help apply appropriate discounts for techniques known to aide in the stability of the structure. You should contact your insurance company to see if they provide discounts for wind designed components.
Is one component of the 4 - Point inspection that is sometime required by insurance companies with out the other components. Your insurance company should let you know if this is required instead of a 4 - Point.
Is an inspection designed to locate termites and other wood destroying organisms. It is reported on a state designed form and is typically good for 30 – 90 days after inspection. This inspection is completed by one of our inspectors who is also an employee of A7, a state certified termite inspection company.
